Project management is the combination of planning, organizing, securing, executing, controlling, managing resources and tasks to seamlessly drive the project throughout its life cycle. A Project consists of various stakeholders like client, Architects, designers, planners, consultants, suppliers, workers etc. While each one independently delivers their scope it is important that their actions are in sync with each other and the overall objective of the project.
