Pandemic- Time to Introspect

It's not every day we wake up to a feeling to start up with an energetic boost,
to do something new.
There is numbness and then there is life.
We choose the thoughts that we allow to succumb and penetrate through us.

During this time of pandemic, mental health still remains one of the most necessary part of self-discovery amongst all.
Now is the time when we're alone with our own thoughts
With the person we once were but avoided,
With the person we now are but hard to understand,
 and
The person we have always wanted to be.

And there's one thing we should do, is stop being a paradox.
We want to change, but things remain exactly the way they were.
Change takes time.
Getting at a better place takes time.
Now's the time.
It's time to be the person you've always wanted to be.
It's time to focus on what vibrations you send out to people.
It's time to take in charge of your LIFE.

And when all of this is over,
I hope we look up from our phones, give a helping hand to people in need.
I hope we be the kind of people to to ask someone if they're okay twice,
if they say they are, but look like they aren't.
Sadness is sad,
but pretending not to be sad burns every inch of your soul.

And I hope all of us come through this as a whole new person,
with unfathomable urge to fulfill dreams,
and
Be the person we've always wished to be.
